All copyright is wholly owned and reserved by Tres Beau. No part may be reproduced in whole part or stored without written permission.   Under no circumstances can any of our products be re-sold without written permission beforehand.

Privacy

Your privacy is protected by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and Tres Beau are bound by the National Privacy Principles.   All personal details, guests’ names, and addresses are kept confidential and only used internally for the purpose of assisting with your order or enquiry. 

Trade Marks

Except where otherwise specified, any word or device to which is attached the ™ or â symbol is a trademark. If you use any of our trademarks, in reference to Tres Beau activities, products or services, you must include a statement attributing that trademark to us.   You must not use any of Tres Beau trademarks:

·   In or as the whole or part of your own trademarks, or

·   In connection with activities, products or services which are not Tres Beau’s, or

·   In a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive, or

·   In a manner that disparages Tres Beau and its products or services (including this website and all the pictures)

Intellectual Property Rights

All the intellectual property rights subsisting in all materials on this website are owned or licensed by Tres Beau and that other party must not gain interest in relation to them.   Such rights include rights relating to this website’s look and feel, idea and concept and confidential information, whether or not they are reduced to material or tangible form.   You must not do anything, or omit to do anything, which may infringe our intellectual property rights except where expressly authorised by these terms and conditions.

Gift Vouchers

·   Tres Beau ‘Gift Voucher’ can only be used as if validly activated full or part payment towards merchandise online at Tres Beau.

·   Gift Vouchers cannot be exchange for cash.

·   Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a gift voucher.

·   In the event of 18 months of consecutive non-use, Gift Vouchers will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted.

·   Tres Beau is not liable for any Gift Voucher subsequently lost, stolen or damaged once activated.

·   Please treat this Gift Voucher as cash. Lost, damaged or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Tres Beau is not responsible for any unauthorised use of any Gift Cards.

·   When using a Gift Voucher as full or part payment towards your purchase transaction, the value/amount paid for your purchase(s) will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Voucher. Change will not be given.

Prices

All prices are subject to change without notification.   All prices include 10% GST and are displayed in Australian Dollars. Please do consult with us for 2011 prices.

Ordering Info

Choose your order through the online gallery then follow the simple steps in the online checkout. The process will involve entering your personal details. Orders are considered booked into our production once they have been fully paid.    Tres Beau do not consider and finalise an order until Tres Beau have received your payment. Therefore, if an order is placed and Tres Beau need to order more stock to complete the order, this is not done until the full payment is made.

Stock Availability

All of Tres Beau’s products are subject to availability. Many of Tres Beau jewellery and accessories product are ‘one-of-the-kind’, please do consult with us in advance if you need more than one piece of the same items. If a product is ‘out of stock’ when Tres Beau process your order, Tres Beau will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.

Returns Policy

You may return Products to Tres Beau for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the Products, provided that the Products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging and receipt.   Tres Beau holds the right to declined refund or exchange if the product is not in the pristine state as described above.

Once Tres Beau have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund.   Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.

If you believe any Products are faulty, please contact Tres Beau Customer Services immediately on +61 2 8012 9515 or email us as soon as you received the goods and it must be less than 24hrs.

Payment

Payments can be made by Credit Cards (VISA & Master), EFTPOS, PayPal, Bank Direct Deposit or cheque. Tres Beau required payment in FULL prior to the commencement of production for the invitation and for all jewellery, accessories, evening bags, and décor & bonbonniere products.

For cheque payments, please note that Tres Beau will not dispatch any products or ordering stocks and supply for any invitations orders until the bank has cleared all the cheque.   Please complete the following order form to do this option and return this to Tres Beau via fax or email.

For payment by PayPal, all of the information is kept and handle by PayPal for the validation and processing of your transaction.

All online credit card payments are protected by SSL through the use of our security certificates.   Tres Beau does not store any of your credit card information and for your security this information is directly passed onto our ANZ merchant facility.   There are no extra fees charged for processing your order by either by Credit Card, or Non-Credit payments.

Tres Beau also do accept direct deposit payment into our Bank Account.   Please note that it does take an additional day to complete your order while Tres Beau are waiting for our bank statement to update and reflect your payment.   If you wish to make a payment into Tres Beau account via Bank Direct Deposit, Tres Beau details are as follow:

Down Payment Deposit for Invitation & Stationery Order

For all invitation orders, Tres Beau required 25% deposit of the total quoted price during your placement order.   Final remaining amounts for all items must be paid before the intended commencement date of production of the invitations & matching stationery on your written quotation.

Once a deposit has been placed, your orders are not transferable.   Receipt of deposit or signature signifies your acceptance of Tres Beau terms and conditions.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

For Invitation & other Stationery Orders

Once a purchase order deposit has been place, any cancellation by the customer will incur a 25% cancellation fee for that portion of the order.

Any balance paid under an order shall not be returnable in the event of cancellation by the customer and shall be preserved by Tres Beau to compensate the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation. Any other cost incurred from this cancelation to recover outstanding amounts of balance will be charged to the customer.

Tres Beau will refund any credits or debits on all invitation orders before final collection of the products upon delivery.

For Accessories, Jewellery, Evening Bag & Décor Orders

If you wish to cancel or cancel your Order, you must contact Tres Beau immediately (less than 24hrs after you placed your order in) by telephone on +61 2 8012 9515 or email us and Tres Beau will endeavour to accommodate your request, if the product have not been dispatched. If you decided to change or cancel you order after 48 hours in which you have placed it, Tres Beau reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your Order, including, but not limited to, transportation and administration costs.

National, Express and International Delivery & Packaging

It is your responsibility to provide a secure, attended delivery address for you order shipments. For Australia wide customers, Tres Beau will deliver all jewellery, accessories, evening bags and décor products between 2-7 business days after acceptance of an order and payment clearance. However for international customers, please do consult with Tres Beau in regards for the shipping and delivery time frame.

Delivery charges are not included for invitations & stationery products.   The postage & handling fee applied will vary and will be determined on the completion of the job.   The postage & handling fee costs are dependent on dimensions, weight and location of where the package is to be sent.

Urgent/Express delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly depending on the weight, dimension and location. Tres Beau ensures that all the products are in a pristine condition before we dispatch the orders to customers.    Tres Beau treat every order as high priority in our service.   Tres Beau will contact you once your order is completed and ready to be sent.   Every order will be packed in hardcover packaging or bubble wrap to avoid any damaged which can occur.

Tres Beau will not be held liable in the event of any items lost or damaged in transit,  or delay in delivery.

Tres Beau will not be held liable for events occuring outside our control including difficulties obtaining stocks from supplies in such events as natural disasters, or union strikes.

Tres Beau will not hold responsibilty for the delay in customer orders caused by loss / theft of machinery or machinery breakdown. 

Method of postage is at the discretion of Tres Beau.

Invitation and Stationery Product Policy

Design, Material & Variations

Tres Beau proudly maintains the continuity of all its end products but are not limited to style and material collections. However, variety of materials that has been used in Tres Beau products is exclusive designer items that are unique and limited in supply.   Tres Beau holds the right to substitute any elements with similar option when the item is unavailable.

At Tres Beau, all of our stationery products are 100% hand made in Australia. Slight difference of fabric patterns, lace accents, the placement of details and finishing will vary for each invitation so that the usability of material and design can be expanded.

Due to the nature of some embroidered fabrics and lace, stretching and bubbling can occur. Tres Beau is not responsible for damaged goods as a result of neglect or poor storage condition including direct sunlight exposure, humidity and heat condition, and lack of care during transportation.

Images, drawings, sizes and material relating to products and accessories displayed on this website are for illustrative purposes only.   Actual colour specifications for a particular product may vary depending on you personal computer screen settings.

Customers are required to follow the exact format as designed and set by Tres Beau for all personalisation of invitations and stationery products.

Minimum Quantity, Additional Order & Discounted Price for Large Quantity

We have minimum order of thirty pieces for all stationery and bonbonniere range. The minimum order of five pieces is also applied for extras invitations ordered after order received (please allow us at least seven working days for completion).   A surcharge of 25% will be applied for order below thirty.

Price per invitation collection varies depending on the materials been used, complexity of the design and quantity ordered. The larger the quantity you required, the cheaper the price will be. Please email us for a quotation.

Sample Mock Up

Tres Beau suggests all customers to purchase the mock-up sample before placing their final invitations order to check our design, creation, materials and product quality.   By purchasing sample invitations, this will help you to decide the best style, colour scheme & theme for your dream wedding stationery. Please note that not all collections are available as samples.

Tres Beau wants our customer to be satisfied with their purchase, therefore sample mock up invitations are available for $50.00 plus postage handling.   This price includes one hard cover invitation of your choice packed in a box and choice of two matching stationery (such as RSVP card/ Thank You Note/ Wishing Well/ Gift Registry/Menu Card).

Once a sample order is placed, Tres Beau designers will send you the ‘Wedding Details Kit’ for you to fill in. A proof of your wording layout and design will be emailed to you within 48 hours after receiving all of the information required in the wedding details kit.   Two amendment proofs will be provided free of charge for you to choose one of the best design that you like.   Any additional proofs will be charged at $15.00 per set after this stage.   Once approved, printing and assembling of your sample stationery will commence and Tres Beau will dispatch your sample within 3-7 working days.

Final Production, Printing, Assembling & Additional Change

Production, printing and assembling of the final products may not proceed until Tres Beau have received the written approval or signature of agreement from our customers.   Tres Beau will not held responsible for any delays as a result of failure in providing the correct wedding details for the attended date for final printing schedule.

Please note that all wedding information and details are to be supplied to Tres Beau via email or any other written form such as fax & mail. Customers are eligible in providing and making sure that all the writing, spelling, details and format of all text, names and addresses are correct before Tres Beau start the final printing process and assembling your products.

Changes and additional alteration cannot be made after the customer has approved the intended layout choices for the final invitation.   Extra charges will vary and this applies for redesigning the layout (Invitation - $20.00 per set; RSVP/Gift Registry/Wishing Well - $15.00 per set; Order of Service & Seating Plan - $35.00 per hour), re-printing, materials and labour at customer own expense at this stage thereafter.

Tres Beau will not take any responsibility of not meeting up the intended completion date and delays due to extensive formatting changes, failure to provide the final edited text, missing guest list names or any other errors resulting from incorrect orders and information provided by customers.

Ink

All invitations will be printed in standard black ink. Additional cost will be charged for colour printing depending on the quantity of the invitations and other stationery products.

Time Frame

For all handmade stationery orders like the invitations, RSVP cards, Thank You Notes, Menu cards, Table Numbers, Order of Service Booklets, Map & Direction, Gift Registry, Wishing Well and Bonbonnieres can take up to 4 – 8 weeks to produced after the final approval of the design depending on the quantity and our production schedules.

We advise our entire customer to place the final order at least 4 months prior to the wedding date to avoid delays in distributing the invitations and getting the RSVP response back.   Please notify Tres Beau in advance if you are on a tight schedule so we can meet your deadline.   A surcharge will apply for these orders.   It is best to place your order as soon as you have finalised your design chosen to confirm the time with our production schedule.   Tres Beau can only take enough orders to guarantee non-mass produced stationery.

Packaging

Each of Tres Beau hard cover invitations is individually packed in a sturdy rigid box and covered with plastic layers to avoid scratches. Tres Beau’s signatured logo will be listed in every invitations products as condition of sale.

How to extend the performance on silver/gold plated products? - FAQ

Since all our accessories & jewellery used silver/gold plated in finishing, extra care is needed to prolong the life of your favourite piece.   Make sure that there is no direct exposure to body lotion, perfume, excess sweats or scratches.   Silver polished cloth is needed to maintain the sparks on the jewellery.
