National, Express and International Delivery & Packaging
It is your responsibility to provide a secure, attended delivery address for you order shipments. For Australia wide customers, we will deliver all jewellery, accessories, evening bags and décor products between 2-7 business days after acceptance of an order and payment clearance. However for international customer, please do consult with us in regards for the shipping and delivery time frame.
Delivery charges are not included for invitations & stationery products. Postage & handling fee will apply varies and will be determined on completion of the job and are dependent on dimensions, weight and location of where the package is to be sent.
Urgent/Express delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly depending on the weight, dimension and location. International delivery will be charged at any cost. Tres Beau ensures that all the products are in a pristine condition before we dispatch the orders to our customers. We treat every order as high priority in our service. We will contact you once your order is completed and ready to be sent. Every order will be packed in hardcover packaging or bubble wraps to avoid any damaged occurred.
However, we shall not be hold liable to the customer for any items lost or damaged in transits, delay in delivery, or failure to perform due to any cause beyond our control and limitation including difficulties in gaining stocks and supplies, labour, natural disaster, machinery breakdown, strikes or other trade and industrial dispute cause wether by Tres Beau or third party. Method of postage is at the discretion of Tres Beau.
