Step 1 – Your Complimentary Consultation
Tres Beau will initiate the first step by scheduling a free complimentary consultation. During this consultation, we will discuss your wedding theme, colours and any special details you would like to incorporate in your design. Starting from the colour of your bridesmaids’ dresses, bridal jewellery to the chandelier ornament details at the wedding reception venue can be used for inspiration on your wedding invitation design. We will also work within your expense to choose the perfect design that best suit you. Tres Beau will work with you to design your beautiful wedding invitation set and customize matching wedding stationery options such as thank you cards map & directions, RSVP, menus, order of service, thank you note, place cards and seating plan and gift tags to complete your stationery suite.
Step 2 – Estimate Quotation, Stationery Sample & Service Contract
In 3-4 days after your first consultation, you will receive an estimate quotation and design time line based on your request during your consultation. At this point, if you decide to move forward with Tres Beau, we require a signed contract and 25% of deposit of the quoted price during your placement order to secure your design process, material and production timeline. The rest of the remaining balance is to be paid in full before the commencement date of production of the invitations & matching stationery on your written quotation.
Production will not commence until all the balance is cleared off. No refund available once production has started. Click here to view our payment details.
Step 3 – Beginning the Design Process
During the design process we will emailed you the soft copy of three digital design drafts of your invitation layout and wedding details as initially requested. The design process takes 3-7 working days depending on the complexity of the piece.
Step 4 – Digital Proof & Printing
After your final approval on the design layout, wording and wedding details, we then can provide you the final digital proof before printing your invitations. Be sure to check all the grammar, spelling and any typography before the printing process begun. Any changes beyond this stage will incur an extra cost at customer expense. Step 5 – Assembling, Finishing and Delivery
After the printing process finished, we then can start assembling and adding the finishing touch for your wedding invitation before pack it up nicely and deliver to your door for your enjoyment and as a proof of declaration before starting your new journey together in marriage.
