Final Production, Printing, Assembling & Additional Change
Production, printing and assembling of the final products may not proceed until we received the written approval or signature or agreement of the final layout design from our customers. We will not held responsible for any delays as a result of failure in providing the correct wedding details for the attended date for final printing schedule.
Please note that all wedding information and details are to be supplied to Tres Beau via email or any other written form such as fax & mail. Customers are eligible in providing and making sure that all the writing, spelling, details and format of all text, names and addresses are correct before we start the final printing process and assembling your products.
Changes and additional alteration cannot be made after the customer has approved the intended layout choices for the final invitation. Extra charges will be varies and applies for redesigning the layout (Invitation - $20.00 per set; RSVP/Gift Registry/Wishing Well - $15.00 per set; Order of Service & Seating Plan - $35.00 per hour), re-printing, materials and labour at customer own expense at this stage thereafter.
Tres Beau will not take any responsibility of not meeting up the intended completion date and delays due to extensive formatting changes, failure to provide the final edited text, missing guest list names or any other errors resulting from incorrect orders and information provided by customers.
