Payment Details – Customer Service
Payment can be made by Visa or Master Credit Cards, EFTPOS, PayPal, Band Direct Deposit or Cheque. For online sales, we required Full payment before delivering your purchased products.
For cheque payments, please note that we will not dispatch any products or ordering stocks and supply for any invitations orders until the bank has cleared all the cheque. Please complete the following order form to do this option and return this to us via fax or email.
For payment by PayPal, all of the information is kept and handle by PayPal for the validation and processing of your transaction.
All online credit card payments are protected by SSL through the use of our security certificates. We do not store any of your credit card information, for your security this information is directly passed onto our ANZ merchant facility. There are no extra fees charged for processing your order by either by Credit Card, or Non-Credit payments.
We also do accept direct deposit payment into our Bank Account. Please note that it does take an additional day to complete your order while we are waiting for our bank statement to update and reflect your payment. If you wish to make a payment into our account via Bank Direct Deposit, our details are as follow:

Down Payment Deposit for Invitation & Stationery Order
For all invitation orders, we required 25% deposit of the total quoted price during your placement order. Final remaining amounts for all items must be paid before the intended commencement date of production of the invitations & matching stationery on your written quotation.
Failure in meeting the final payment (maximum of 3 days after the commencement date) will incur a surcharge of 5% out of the total amount.
Once a deposit has been placed, your orders are not transferable. Receipt of deposit or signature signifies your acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Cancellation & Credit Policy
For Invitation & other Stationery Orders
Once a purchase order deposit has been place, any cancellation by the customer will incur a 25% cancellation fee for that portion of the order.
Any balance paid under an order shall not be returnable in the event of cancellation by the customer and shall be preserved by Tres Beau to compensate the costs and losses arising as a result of a cancellation. Any other cost incurred from this cancelation to recover outstanding amounts of balance will be charged to the customer.
Tres Beau will refund any credits or debits on all invitation orders before final collection of the products upon delivery.
