Your privacy is protected by the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and we are bound by the National Privacy Principles. All personal details, guests’ names, and addresses are kept confidential and only used internally for the purpose of assisting with your order, or enquiry.
Under no circumstances will they be given to any third party, with the exception of our delivery partners Australia Post, and Federal Express.

Prices and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notification. All prices include 10% GST and are displayed in Australia dollars. All payments are handled in Paypal for your security.
Your payment details are not stored by us, this information is kept by Paypal for the validation and processing of your transaction. We require payment in full prior to the commencement of production.
4.
Delivery and returns
It is your responsibility to provide a secure, attended delivery address for your orders shipments.
We will deliver a Product between 1-6 business days after acceptance of an Order, in accordance with the terms of delivery and Delivery Schedule set out on the 'Delivery' page of this web site.
We take pride in the quality of all our goods but accidents may occur in-transit and you should return any item that is damaged or faulty. Items must be returned within 7 days.
5.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel your Order, you must immediately contact us by telephone on +61 (02) 8012 9515 or you can contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request, if the Products have not been dispatched. If you change or cancel your Order after 48 hours in which you have placed it, we reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred in relation to your Order, including, but not limited to, transportation and administration costs.

Stock availability
If a Product is "out of stock" when we process your Order, we will contact you to discuss revised delivery times or refund options.
7.
Returns policy
You may return Products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt of the Products, provided that the Products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. Products must be returned to the following address, at your own cost, with a dispatch note stating our original invoice number:

Once we have received the returned Products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the return is as a result of our error.

Images, drawings, sizes and materials relating to products and accessories displayed on this web site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colour specifications for a particular product may vary depending on your personal computer settings.

If you use any of our trade marks in reference to our activities, products or services, you must include a statement attributing that trade mark to us. You must not use any of our trade marks:
• in or as the whole or part of your own trade marks, or
• in connection with activities, products or services which are not ours, or
• in a manner which may be confusing, misleading or deceptive, or
• in a manner that disparages us or our products or services (including this web site).

Intellectual Property Rights
You accept that the intellectual property rights subsisting in all materials on this web site are owned or licensed by us and that you gain no interest in relation to them. Such rights include rights relating to this web site's look and feel, idea and concept, and confidential information, whether or not they are reduced to material or tangible form. You must not do anything, or omit to do anything, which may infringe our intellectual property rights except where expressly authorised by these terms and conditions.

Gift Vouchers
a. The Tres Beau (“Gift Voucher”) can only be used as if validly activated full or part payment towards merchandise online at Tres Beau.
b. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
c. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of a Gift Voucher.
d. In the event of 18 months of consecutive non-use, Gift Vouchers will expire and any balance remaining will be deducted.

Beau is not liable for any Gift Vouchers subsequently lost, stolen or damaged once activated.
f. Please treat this Gift Voucher as cash. Lost, damaged or stolen Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Tres Beau is not responsible for any unauthorised use of any Gift Cards.
g. When using a Gift Voucher as full or part payment towards your purchase transaction, the value/amount paid for your purchases(s) will be deducted from the balance on the Gift Voucher. Change will not be given.
12.
Hand-made invitations
a.
Stock, Material, Colours & Finish:
All orders are subject to availability. We may send part of your order and backorder the rest in an effort to avoid any delays if necessary. Due to some items being handmade a variation may occur between items, finishes and colours. Onscreen colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor’s resolution.
b.
Cancellation of orders:
Printed and made stationery cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. 30% surcharge will be applied if cancelled within 7 days.
c.
Minimum order:
We have a minimum order of thirty pieces for all stationery and bonbonniere range.
This minimum order is also for extras ordered after order received. A surcharge will be applied for order below thirty.
d.
Printed & Assembled Stationery Proofs:
A proof of your wording and font choice will be emailed with 48 hours after receiving your wording and font choice. One proof and two amendment proofs will be provided free of charge. Any additional proofs will be charged at AUD $10.00 per set. Once approved, printing of your stationery will commence. Printing will not proceed until we have received a signed proof approval. Errors that are signed off through the proofing process are reprinted at the client’s expense regardless how the error occurred.

Ink:
Printed prices include black ink. Colour printing is an additional charge depending on your quality. Only black ink is used for translucent paper.
f.
Ordering Info:
Choose your order through the online gallery then follow the simple steps
in the online checkout. The process will involve entering your personal details. Please note that orders are considered booked into our production once they have been fully paid.
We do not consider order finalised until we received your payment. Once the details of the wedding are submitted, we will contact you to confirm your order. Therefore, if an order is placed and we need to order more stock to complete the order, this is not done until the full payment is made.
g.
Time Frame
All handmade orders like invitations, reply cards, thankyou cards or any other matching stationery and bonbonniere can take up to 3-4 weeks to produce and delivered after all information are received by you. It is best to order as soon as you have chosen. To order a sample product normally takes about 5-7 working days after the desired design has been proofed. Please notify us in advance if you are on a tight schedule so we can meet your deadline. A surcharge will apply for these jobs. It is best to order as soon as you have chosen your design to confirm time with production. We can only take enough orders to guarantee non-mass produced stationery.

Delivery & Packing:
We treat every order as high priority in our service. We will contact you once your
order is completed and ready to be sent. Order will be delivered to you by Australia
Post. Every order will be placed in a hardcover package. However we cannot be held liable for any damage or charges whatsoever caused by third parties. This includes loss, delays, and damages. Urgent delivery can be requested and will be charged accordingly.
International delivery will be charged at any cost. Please contact us directly so we can organise your order to reach your desired location.
