Helpful Tips before ordering your wedding invites
1. It is every girls dream to get engaged and announce their wedding day to their
beloved family and friends. Once you worked out the date of your wedding, sending
out your Save the Date cards 6 months prior the wedding to book the time of your
guests to attend your wedding celebration.
2. Be sure to place your wedding invitation order at least 4 months before the wedding
day to save big headache before the big day. The process of customising your wedding
invitations will take approximately 3-5 weeks depending on the quantity ordered,
material availability and design complexity. Last minute ordering and rushing the
production time line probably not the best idea for quality factor, production cost
wise and distribution time to your guests. However, please let us know in advance
if you have urgent dateline for your wedding invitations so we can make special
arrangement that meet your needs.
3. Always order about 5-10 additional invitations with your original order. Ordering
at bulk at a time may decrease the expenses and save the production time, this means
you have more time to send out your wedding invitations right on-time to your guest
and save a lot of hassle in re-ordering it at very last minute moment.
4. When the ceremony and reception doesn't take place at the same venue, be sure
to have a separate reception card with a map & direction guide inserted to your
main wedding invitation to inform your guest about the location.

The Design Process
Step 1 - Your Complimentary Consultation
Tres Beau will start the first step by scheduling a free complimentary consultation.
During this consultation, we will discuss your wedding theme, colours and any special
details you would like to incorporate in your design. Starting from the colour of
your bridesmaids' dresses, bridal jewellery to the chandelier ornament details at
the wedding reception venue can be used for inspiration on your wedding invitation
design. We will also work within your expense to choose the perfect design that
best suites you. Tres Beau will work with you to design your beautiful wedding invitation
set and customize matching wedding stationery options such as thank you cards, map
& directions, RSVP, menus, order of service, thank you note, place cards, and seating
plan and gift tags to complete your stationery suite.
Step 2 - Estimate Quotation, Stationery Sample & Service Contract
In 3-5 days after your first consultation, you will receive an estimate quotation
and design time line based on your request during your consultation. To purchase
a mock up sample of the invitation, please email us at

or call us at (02) 9660 9741 for designer assistance for requested design. At this
point, if you decide to move forward with Tres Beau, we require a signed contract
and full payment to secure your design process, material and production time line.
No refund available at this stage.
Step 3 - Beginning the Design Process
During the design process we will email you the soft copy of three digital design
drafts of your invitation layout & wedding details as initially requested. The design
process takes 5-10 working days depending on the complexity of the piece.
Step 4 - Digital Proof & Printing
After your final approval on the design layout, wording and wedding details, we
then can provide you the final digital proof before printing your invitations. Be
sure to check all the grammar, spelling and any typography before the printing process
begun. Any changes beyond this stage will incur an extra cost at customer expense.
Step 5 - Assembling, Finishing and Delivery
After the printing process finished, we then can start assembling and adding the
finishing touch for your wedding invitations before pack it up nicely and deliver
to your door for enjoyment and proof of declaration before starting your new journey
